How Many Trees Are in Palliser Height's Schoolyard?: Part 1

The students have been playing for many months, and even years for some, in Palliser Height's schoolyard. Today we tested how aware we are of our surroundings. When asked how many trees they estimate are in the schoolyard, students had answers ranging from 29 to 100. We went outside to count the trees. It was a challenge. I myself had to start over after loosing counts a few times. It definitely was a concentration challenge. The final tally is 190. Way over what was estimated!
